Our online system provides an easy and convenient way to order your tickets and tags.
- Browse through our product selection (see the menu on the left). Click on the appropriate link to select the product you wish to order.
- When you are ready to order, you may either click on the "Order Online" button to use our secure online ordering system, or click on the "Proceed to Order Form" button to download an order form.

The Easiest & Most Secure Way To Order
- You will be taken to a SECURE online order form where you can complete the details of your request.
- Once you have completed the form, click on the "Add To Order" button.
- From your cart, you can either continue to checkout, or return to order additional products.
- Throughout the online ordering system, you will see orange icons with question mark symbols on them
, moving your mouse over any of these icons will give you help relating to the topic next to the icon. |
- You have the choice of downloading a Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat PDF order form.
- If you are using the Microsoft Word form: Enter the information you would like printed on your ticket. You will notice that you can only type into the fields shown. Once completed save the form and attach it to an email which should be sent to info@comtix.com. You may also print the form and fax or mail it to us.
- If you are using the Acrobat PDF form: print the form and fill out the information you would like printed on your ticket. Once completed, fax or mail your order to us.

- Upon receipt of your order details, a customer service representative will be in touch to confirm your order.
- If you would like a logo printed on your ticket (at no extra cost), email your logo file (in a digital format such as a .jpg, .tif or .pcx file) to info@comtix.com, or if you use our secure online ordering system, you will be able to upload your logo directly from our site.
- You will receive a proof of the order for your approval prior to printing.

DELIVERY NOTICE: Although ComTix will do its best to produce your tickets, wristbands, tags and other products in a timely manner to meet your schedules, we do ship our products using 3rd party courier services such as UPS. There may be courier delays that can occur due to weather, truck and flight delays, misplaced packages, etc. Because ComTix does not control these 3rd party services, we do not take reponsibility for delivery delays. As such, if an order arrives later than expected because of delivery service delays, ComTix will not reimburse our customers for their orders.
- IMPORTANT: If you've sent us an email and haven't received a response that day or the day after, please contact us by phone. Sometimes email are blocked by spam filters and your order may have been blocked accidentally.
Available Stock:
Please check with our customer service representative to confirm the stock or stock colors that are available at the time of ordering.
Payment:
Payments are accepted by cash, VISA, MASTERCARD or PayPal. Both Invoicing and COD Delivery MUST be arranged through a pre-approval process. Sample prices for our various stock are shown. Our customer service representative will give you the full price of your order including shipping and applicable taxes for your approval prior to charging you. Please note if you are ordering different multiple sets of our products for different days of the week, times etc., you will be receiving a volume discount rate for the tickets but a set up charge will be applied for each of the multiple sets. Please talk with one of our representatives for an explanation as it applies to your order.
