Privacy & Personal Information Protection
All business practices of ComTix Tickets Inc. adhere to applicable Canadian Federal law, and specifically the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, 2004.
OUR COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and available at the bottom of every web page.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted via ComTix website. On some web pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected on these pages may include:

- Phone number
- Credit Card Information
On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you want to send a product to another recipient, you will need to submit the recipient’s address. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected may include:

For the orders that you make online, via fax or over the telephone, you may provide us with information about an event, a show, or establishment…etc., in order that we produce tickets, wristbands, tags or other products for that event or location. We will not disclose any of that information to a third party.
RE-ORDERING PRODUCTS
We will not fulfill a re-order for an event without verifying the authenticity of the person re-ordering the product. The authenticity procedure will include the requesting party to provide ComTix with the invoice number associated with the original order as well as the credit card used and other identifying information about the original purchaser.
THE WAY WE USE INFORMATION:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order or requesting information only to complete that order or to send you information. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order such as with a courier service.
The
Credit Card information that you submit on our secured online ordering system is handled by
VeriSign encryption technology. When you input your credit card information as well as your name, address etc., onto our online ordering website, it is encrypted before being transmitted from your computer to our website. Once it is located on our web, we download the encrypted information only once to use for credit card processing and shipping. Your information is then deleted from our web server. For more information about the Verisign encryption process, please click on the Verisign logo located on the bottom of our ComTix introduction page or on the left hand side of all pages within the website.
We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information on our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
HOW YOU CAN CORRECT YOUR INFORMATION
If we have factual errors in your personally identifiable information, you can have us correct those errors by sending us a request that indicates there might be an error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before making corrections.
